S32K ICU Siul2 EIRQ not working

Hi NXP Team,

I am using S32K342 and SiUL2 ICU EIRQ29 for external interrupt trigger. The purpose is the trigger interrupt based on a external pulse comes to S32K342. I have configured ICU Measurement mode as MODE_SIGNAL_EDGE_DETECT and set to ICU_RISING_EDGE in EBTresos. But interrupt is not generated at the PTD13 pin. I have attached some of the configuration screenshot for reference. Kindly help to fix the issue.
