S32K-100pin bulk capacitor

Dear all.

I am designing a schematic for S32K-100pin.

Looking at AN5426, is it necessary to have a VDA and VDD with 10uF's bulk capacitor?

The circuit has a decoupling cap of 100nF and 2.2uF at the LDO output.

The datasheet recommends 10uF for improved performance in Note 4 of Table 4, 

but I would like to ask if it is mandatory.

Hi

this is highly recommended, especially if you are using the ADC and/or the product is in a noisy environment.
