[S32DS] build error message about "Error starting process"

Hi:

I installed IDE of S32DS3.5 and use example code(FreeRTOS_Toggle_Led_Example_S32K312).  it always appear 'Launching FreeRTOS_Toggle_Led_Example_S32K312.elf' has encountered a problem. Error starting process. How to solve this issue, thanks.
