S32 DS:osif_baremetal.c,no rule to make target

I have an error in my S32 DS v2.2:

Any of my projects meet this error which I have not seen before,and I do not have any idea of this.

I uninstall S32 DS v2.2 and install it again,the problem appears again.When my fellow build my project in his PC using S32 DS v2.2,this problem do not appear.

So  I wonder if configurations of my S32DS or the PC environment is wrong.Could anyone help me solve this error?
