Reset state current of s32k

We are developing an s32k146-based application where the current consumption of the MCU in the reset state is touching 9mA which is very high than the rated current in the datasheet . As per internal testing of NXP what can be the probable reasons for this? What can cause this ? 

Note : This current was noted while the MCU is continuously put in reset state.

Sorry I don't understand why you put the S32K146 in a continuous reset state and measure the current consumption during that time. 

I did not find this situation in Table 13. Power consumption (Typicals unless stated otherwise) of S32K1xxDS. Is the current consumption under the conditions listed in that table consistent with your test results?
