Unfortunately, the .log file didn't add any clarity to the issue.

There is a possibility that this error is cause by a dependency upon PE Micro packages. Could you please try the following? Help -> Check for Updates. Then install anything it recommends from PEMicro.

After this, try the S32K3 RTD install again.
