RappID Bootloader S32K144

Hello,

witch UART use the RappID Bootloader in the S32K144 ?

I need a rbf file for the S32k144 cut2 0N47T where UART0 is used instead of UART2.

Where can I get such a rbf file or is it possible to get the source code to make my one rbf file?

Hi koehlerl‌,

Based on my experience with S32K144 and i can confirm the RAppID_BL works with UART1 interface. I'm using the OpenSDA microUSB connector from S32K144 EVB to program the elf into flash/ram

For that you will need to flash the RBF file first (using S32DS). Have you done that ?

Hi Daniel,

I use the S32K144 EVB. I have flashed the rbf file first. But I can’t connect with the RappID BL tool.

The trace window of RappID BL Tool is empty an then after timeout the Error message comes:

There are different kinds of the rbf file for the s32K144 CPU?

Hi Lutz, 

There are different versions of RAppID_BL.exe and different versions of RBF files.

I'm using bootloader version 1.6.5.1

And the RBL attached and is working fine via the micro-usb

Here is a snapshot programming the S32K144EVB-Q100

Hi Daniel,

the version you have works on cut1 device (0N77P) not on cut2(0N47T). Attached is the one that works on cut2 MCU.

That's strange. I have only cut2(0N47T) and it works fine.

after double check, and several power down/up yours is working too. Thanks.

Anyway I have bootloader version 1.6.7.35

and the RBF file included works on cut1.

Hi Lutz,

the LPUART2 (pins PTD7/TX and PTD6/RX) is used with baudrate 115200bps.

Hi Petr,

but with LPUART2 I can’t connect to the PC RappID BL Tool and the trace window is empty .

With the LPUART0 I get the trace see attachment. But it don’t works.
