I'm currently using the S32DS V3.5, S32K118 MCU and the S32SDK S32K1XX RTM 4.0.1 package plus S32K1xx development package V3.5.0. With the MCUXpresso Config Tools.

When i open the example power_mode_switch_S32k118 it's not showing the power management/manager peripheral and I'm unable to add this (nowhere to be found):

In a related topic i saw the solution was to switch to the older S32DS for ARM v2.2.

https://community.nxp.com/t5/S32K/Power-Manager-Component-not-appearing-in-Configuration-Tools/td-p/...

But i don't want to switch to an older version. I want use the current version that says it supports the S32K.

In the example it does show the header files of the power_manager.h.

Why is it not showing in the configurator? Am i missing something?

Hello @melvinw,

Have a look at the release notes of the SDK package.

danielmartynek_0-1674738235902.png

The only supported S32DS IDE is version 3.4.

Please use the 3.4 version.

Daniel
