Hello,

Nominally the Core Voltage (VDD_LV) for the S32K1 is 1.2v.  This can be measured using the ADC.  What would be the valid range for the core voltage if a customer wanted to verify that the voltage was good?

Hi John,

the core voltage is generated internally, it can’t be affected by user. Therefore, it’s not specified in the datasheet. The voltage is monitored by low voltage detector which generates reset if it is outside of the thresholds. See LVRFLG register in the reference manual.
If the core voltage is OK (as well as all other supply rails) then the device is up and running. If the core voltage gets out of that range, the microcontroller is reset.
So, checking of core voltage by ADC is meaningless and there’s no reason to specify the values in the datasheet.

Regards,
Lukas
