Need Information regarding sensorless control of PMSM motor

I need one info regarding Sensorless FOC control of PMSM motor.

1. I am working with Sensorless FOC control of IPMSM motor, Is it possible to do duty control of PMSM motor same like duty control of BLDC motor?
