To install this TCPIP package, you require the FreeRTOS package version 1.0.0 release for S32K3 platforms, which supports FreeRTOS Kernel v10.4.5. This can be downloaded through S32K3 Reference Software -> Automotive SW - S32K3 - FreeRTOS.

I do not see 10.4.5 in S32K3 Reference Software -> Automotive SW - S32K3 - FreeRTOS.
