Hello @VaneB @Senlent
I hope you're doing well.
I want to have some information on Reset Timing for S32K146EVB-Q144 and S32K148EVB-Q148. If we can get more information on controller reset timing or any Datasheet that can help me to measure Reset Timing and Jumping time to Application or Bootloader, that will be more useful for me.
I hope to hear from you soon!

Hi @Nibesh
Sorry for the delay.
This parameter is independent of the code section to be executed, it just means how much time it takes to execute 1KB of flash.
Hi @Nibesh
Refer to Table 11 (Power mode transition operating behaviors for S32K1xx series) of the S32K1xx Data Sheet, Rev. 14. Also, if it is required, the Boot sequence is provided in section 25.3.3 of the S32K1xx Series Reference Manual, Rev. 14.1.

Hi @Nibesh
I am afraid that there is no System Reset Timing Diagram. Refer to the following thread, which explains the time for the S32K1's power supply to rise to the RESET pin.
What is the time for the S32K1's power supply to rise to the RESET pin?
Hello @VaneB
Thank you very much for your clarification. I have understood it.
But if can you tell me roughly, how much time it will take to jump to Application, when we normally Reset the MCU.
Actually I am achieving 4.22ms, for your kind reference I have attached Logic Analyzer image.
I hope you will correlate my doubts.
Thank you
Hi @Nibesh
Unfortunately, we do not have official specifications for “Code execution from Pin reset”.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi @VaneB
Will you clarify my one Doubts, on the Datasheet the Flash Timing Specification for (Program Section
execution time) (1KB flash) is 5ms.
So when the Micro-controller is Powered, does it is taking 5ms to jump into the Application Program?
For you kind reference I took snap from the datasheet. I hope you will check it.
Thank you
