Mass Erase Fail in S32K146

Hello All,

I have a problem with the NXP S32K146 board. When I want to use the mass erase with iSystem IC5700 debugger, I always got an error message that the Flash Operation Failed. I checked the registers and it seemingly everything is set that we should use the mass erase. Has anyone encountered this kind of problem?

isn't the CSEc enabled? In this case, the Erase All Blocks command cannot be executed and it is necessary to destroy the partition as a first step:
