Can MCUXpresso Secure Provisioning Tool supported for NXP S32K116 provisioning?

If not what tools can be used for Key provisioning and firmware provisioning of S32Kxx in production?

Hi,
No, MCUXpresso Secure Provisioning Tool does not support S32K116.
S32K116 has only CSEc module meeting SHE specification. There are no features like firmware encryption etc. You just need to load your keys. So, you need to either have a flash programmer which supports key loading (I’m not aware of any which would support that) or you need to build own small application which will be loaded to MCU and which will do this initial configuration and after that, you can load your application firmware.
