Does S32K3 have a self-test mechanism after power on?
Hello,
There is no automatic self-test mechanism during reset like it was on the MPC57xx devices.
However user has possibility to execute BIST (build in self test) from application - it is called online self test.
For such we offer SAF safety application framework drivers.
