MCAL S32k314 integration

After integrating MCAL for S32K314_172MAXQFP  "SW32K3_RTD_4.4_1.0.0_P02_D2111.exe" I get the following error, anyone know how to fix this?

Facing same error on S32K314 with same version of RTD. Please let me know solution if this issue is resolved.
