Is there an SDK for KEA8 similar to "SDK Software Drivers for KEAZ128_KEAZ64 using S32DS"? I'm looking for low-level drivers but for CodeWarrior.

I am afraid, there are no similar drivers for KEA8. Maybe, it could be possible migrate driver determined for KEA128 for KEA8, but I have no experience with this microcontroller.
