Hello NXP Team,
I'm encountering an unusual issue with our system:
Normal Operation:
- When the SBC enters sleep mode (with only 12V power remaining) and is immediately woken up (3.3V/5.0V power rails restored, ~10s wait), I2C initialization works correctly.
Failure Case:
- If the SBC sleeps for 5 minutes before waking up, the I2C initialization triggers a HardFault.
Additional Information:
- I can connect the PE debugger to monitor the chip during the HardFault, but I'm unsure what specific debug information to capture.
Request for Support:
Could you please advise:
- What key debug information should I monitor during the HardFault?
- What might be the potential root causes for this issue?

Thank you for your assistance!
