Dear Team,
I'm working in S32K144 MCU for the Flex-CAN Communication. I have used the Example code with ISO CAN FD and the CAN0 connects to PTE4 and PTE5 and its working as expected.
My problems are,
But now I moved codes to a new board, whose CAN0 connects to PTC2 and PTC3 but CAN communication is not working.
I tried to do the same in eval kit after connecting CAN0 to PTC2 and PTC3 , in eval kit also not working,
Could you please let me know what is the exact issue and how to fix it.
Please anyone faces the same problem than pls provide the fix.

Thank you for your replay, currently for development purpose I am using nxp can_pal sample code.
I did below setting in pin mux for PTC2 and PTC3 but not working , adding for reference.

The PTC2 and PTC3 are not connect to the UJA1169, so you may not see the data on CANH\CANL. The PTC2 and PTC3 are connect to TOUCH PADS.
