Hello Team,
As i heard that if the internal circuitry of I/O is open collector the VoL & VoH were dependent on the external interfaced resistors consumption.
Kindly share info if you have any including the details of VoL & VoH
Thanks

Hello Team,
Thanks for your support, i am very satisfied with your support, i have small query in the same topic,
In the above minimum currents of I/O are like 5mA, 20mA, 14.0mA based on the operation of I/O.
In my case we are using for SPI communication which can actually source up to 10 mA (i.e slave). In which mode and in which case the controller SPI(i.e. S32k) configuration has maximum currents in all cases of MISO, MOSI,SCLK, CS,
What are the maximum source and sink currents if i operate for SPI communication,
Thanks

Hello Srikanth Kala,
Section 6.5.2 in the S32K1xx DS, rev.9 provides LPSPI electrical specifications.
As you can see, the measurement were taken with DSE = 1.
Only pins that are specified as GPIO_HD (PAD TYPE) in S32K1xx_IO_Signal_Description_Input_Multiplexing.xlsx can be set to High drive strength (PORT_PCRn_DSE = 1).
Regards,
Daniel
Hello,
There are VoL, VoH specification in the DS, please have a look at Table 12 (DC electrical specifications at 5.0 V Range).
For example, VoH = VDD – 0.8V, when a GPIO pin is loaded with 5mA (DSE = 0) or 20mA (DSE = 1 (GPIO-HD pins only)).
Regards,
Daniel
Hello Diana,
Thanks for your reply
I have gone through the datasheet, Table 12 consists of only below parameters, but i couldn't see anything related to VoH and VoL
@S32K1XXX
Below is the datasheet i am referring to

Hello Team,
Please provide Voh range , from datasheet i can take Voh= 5.5-0.8 => 4.7 V as Voh max but Voh min value ir required to justify my interface
Thanks,
Srikanth
Hello,
V_OH is equal to VDD if the pin is not loaded externally.
But if loaded, the voltage drops to VDD - 0.8V at 5mA (PCR_DSE = 0), for example.

Daniel
Hello Diana,
Just now checked new revision,
Thanks for your kind support.
