ISR latency

Hi support,

Is there some data about the ISR latency of S32K3 serials.

I do a test on S32K324 used emios SAIC mode to capture edge. In the ISR, I flip a gpio.

The latency between the input signal and the flip signal is about 300ns, it seems to long for system clock 160MHz.

The priority of the interrupt is 1, the highest. And when I turn on CAN interrupt to send data which priority is 6. The latency is fluctuant, 300~600ns. It seems CAN interrupt
