INVSTATE fault with T32 09/2021

I'm encountering the issue with Trace32 when using it for S32K344 debug.

INVSTATE fault happen at the first line of code (Reset handler). This doesn't happen with T32 09/2020

Can you give me some hint for reason and fix this issue?

This issue seems from my software but I don't know why.

You can see R14 (LR) is 0xFFFFFFFF (very strange) after system.resettarget.

Can you help me to give some reason for this?
