IBIS Models S32K344 and MC33FS6600

I am looking for the IBIS models for the S32K344 (especially in MaxQFP172 Package) and the MC33FS6600 PMIC.

IBIS model for S32K344 you may find in following package:

For MC33FS6600, I was told unfortunately there is no IBIS file available.
