How to use SWT jd_watchpt of S32R294

I have considered S32R294 SWT with jd_Watchpt(IAC8 register) is possible to implement 'Logical monitoring of programme sequence' for safety mechanism.

According to S32R294 reference manual Chapter 48.1.4, SWT address execution mode with instruction address compare 8(IAC8) register can be solution of control flow.

I can not guess how 'fixed address mode' SWT is related with jd_Watchpt.

Is there any use case of this?

For S32R294, I found a errata about this SWT mode.

- ERR010880

It looks Fixed address/Incremental address mode is not applied to S32R294.

Is it correct?

Hello,

Is it correct?

It is applied, but it is not recommend to use those modes for servicing due to errata.

Best regards,

Peter
