How to use PTC5 of S32K314 as ADC sampling

I am using the ADC function of S32K314, and PTC5 pin is one of all my ADC acquisition channels. Besides, all other ADC channels are collected normally, and the abnormal problems are marked in the figure below. Would you like to know what is special about PTC5 when it is used as ADC analog quantity acquisition?

I happen the sample issue. I used the PTC5 as the ADC channel. And because only use the SWD mode not use the JTAG mode, our hardware not use the JTAG_TDI (PTC5) pin. I found the ADC can get the value but the value is not correct and alway keep max value. 

Can you help me explain why?

If you just use PTC5 as the ADC pin, I think this has no special impact

1.PTC5 can be used as the TDI pin of JTAG, please confirm whether the port is used as the TDI pin.

2.Is it possible to observe the impact of the debugger on the pin when it is connected and disconnected through an oscilloscope?
