How to install HSE FW in S32K3?

Hi NXP,

       I am reading "an716801 - AN13442 - S32K3xx Getting Started with Security (0.1)". The document describes the steps to install the HSE FW in chapter 3.3.

       First of all,HSE FW feature flag (8 byte) at address 0x1B000000 should be modified.I wonder have to modify this flag?I try to write UTEST FLASH in application code,but it doesn't work.

       I also read "HSE_DEMOAPP_S32K3XX_0_2_1_0_ReadMe". It says user can enable HSE FW feature flag by T32 with Lauterbach in demo code.

       Is Lauterbach necessary when install HSE FW?
