Hi,

Is there any way to disable JTAG/SWD port on S32K3xx chip?

In S32K1xx I can disable JTAG/SWD by set FSEC[SEC].

Is there similar function on S32K3xx?

Thank you.

Best Regards

Damon

Hello,

You can use life cycle for such purpose.

Yes, it is possible to restrict debug access via password protection when HSE is not installed.

Your need to program field CUST_DB_PSWD_A in UTEST memory with the desired password and then advance the lifecycle.

Best regards,
Peter

I think Device Configuration Format (DCF) records is a solution, but maybe there is another better way.
