As per reference manual of S32K, chapter FTM Module, Complementary Mode:
The channel (n+1) output is independent from channel (n) output when:
• QUADEN = 0
• DECAPEN = 0
• COMP = 0
• channel (n) is on Output Compare Mode, EPWM or CPWM
If channel (n) is in CPWM (Center-Aligned Mode), channel (n+1) output is independent from channel (n).
Furthermore, currently EB Tresos cannot configure Pair channel if channel (n) is in CPWM mode:
Can you describe more detail about your purpose and expectation to configure 2 channels ?
