There is a board named S32K144EVB-Q100 and the chip is FS32K144 HAMLL ON57U QAH2049H. In example flash_partirioning_s32k144 and running Debug_RAM with SDK 4.0.1, when function FLASH_DRV_EraseAllBlock is called, STATUS_ERRORis retured, and the flash status register (FSTAT) shown that ACCERE is error (1).

Can you read the DEPART register?
Is the MCU already partitioned for CSEc? If so, you need to remove the partitioning by using the DBG_CHAL / DBG_AUTH commands.
