FX32K144 - Producttype and difference to FS32K144

I'm searching for information about the device type FX32K144...
We are familiar with the FS32K144 type controllers, however, we cannot find any information on FX32K144 series controllers at the moment. What could be the difference between these two types?

Hi Sven,

there's no difference against FS32K144. These are exactly the same parts, even the physical marking is identical (FS32K144...).

FXS32K144... are just special ordering part numbers for incremental supply. Please contact local sales for help.
