FTFC and FTFM abbreviation

I am working with Flash module and confused a little about the term FTFC and FTFM. I am wondering whether they are abbreviation or not. If yes, what do they stand for?

Unfortunately, I can't find much information about abbreviation of FTFM and FTFC. However, these 2 modules are Flash memory module of S32K1XX. The difference of these 2 is:

• FTFC is available for S321XX series
• FTFM is available only for S32K14xW series
