The FS26 chip of S32K312EVB-Q172 burned out,.What type of FS26 chip do I need to buy from the official website. And do I need to program it after I replace it?

The exact same part that the EVB has is the MFS2613AMDA2AD, but there is an alternative that is the PFS2630AMDA0AD which is an empty OTP sample that can be ordered for engineering purposes.
