FS26+S32K344进入standby的时间要求

我的电路设计S32K344的VCORE和VDD_HV_A,VDD_HV_B都是由FS26提供。根据demo code：

我想知道从发送FS26进入standby的命令到执行WFI指令之间的时间有限制吗？因为我测试了MCU发出

FS_LP_REQ[7:0] = 55h命令到FS26关闭VCORE的时间大约在1.7ms。
