FLASH and FlexNVM data getting erased after flashing new app through PE micro debugger

I am using S32K142EVB /S32K144EVB board along with PE micro debugger for flashing code, every time i am flashing code my data stored in Flash memory/FLEXNVM getting erased. i have changed linker script write reserved memory address, but it still getting erased. 

could you please help with this issue, how i can prevent memory erase for specific memory block address.

If your MCU has already been partitioned, you do not need to check this option.

If you enable this option, the debugger will perform the partition operation, which will erase

the data in the MCU.
