EIM for ECC Diagnostics on S32K148 MCU

Hi NXP Team,

We are using the EIM to perform periodic ECC diagnostics during runtime.  Since we are also using the DMA engine, occasionally a DMA buffer gets clobbered when the ECC non-correctable diagnostic is active.  Since the DMA engine is associated with an asynchronous communication bus, the ECC diagnostics cannot be scheduled when DMA is not active.

Could you please propose a solution?

Hi @periagounder_ar,

I don't think there is a solution other than disabling the DMA before the diagnostic test.
