PEDrivers_install.exe
Should I install something else?

As the error message says, there can be an issue with the power supply.
Please check the VDD on that board?
What debugger do you use?

Yes, has vdd 12v， my computer is ok ,use USB port.
Board: S32K144-Q100
Can you share the launch configuration?
Was the board working before the failure?
What is currently loaded on the MCU?
Is the application working without the debugger or is it in a reset?
