DCF Clients parity Feature response mechanism

Hi,

in reference manual rev 8:

Par 37.2.1.1 Parity: is not clear for me in which way the  DCF client alerts MCU when detects a bad parity: "DCF alerts DCM....", but which register reports it ? does MCU software needs to test some registers in order to react to the failure, or there is a DCF Client/DCM  hardware trasparent path that manages it ?
