Compatibility of RD33771CDSTEVB evaluation board with S32K144EVB-Q100

I am using RD33771CDSTEVB evaluation board, is it compatible with S32K144EVVVB-Q100?? If yes then which protocol does it use TPL or SPI?

 This  RD33771CDSTEVB supports the TPL communication so need FRDMDUAL33664EVB + MCU(such as S32K)
