I just use S32DS to configure clock for S32K116 (48 PIN), and there is no "SPLL_CLK" item listed in Clock sources, but refer to the datasheet, SPLL_CLK clock source is supported, whether need to configure other items for enable the SPLL_CLK clock source?

There is no PLL in S32K11x. You can find the information in S32K1xx MCU Family - Reference Manual and AN11997: Differences Between S32K11x and S32K142 – Application Note.
