Can't connect to s32k118evb2-0048

I failed to connect to my s32k118evb board with the following information. 

Is my board broken?

My application doesn't use security or CSEc.  

I tried the app downloaded from PEMicro website but with no luck.

Have you tried the old version Kinetis_Recovery_Utility.zip attached to that post ?

Did you enable security or CSEc?
