Can SCST cover the FPU?

Hello 

We  are using S32K144 to develop a ASILB project, and the functional safety of Cortex-M4 are ensured by SCST. There is a FPU in Cortex-M4 and we will use it. Can the FPU be tested by SCST? I haven't see this in any document. If FPU is not included in SCST, What should we do?

Hello,

as it was already answered by my colleague, we do not support FPU in the M4 SCST product. But, you may use the software emulated FPU (-mfloat-abi=soft), if allowed by your application performance. Or, you may contact the NXP sales/marketing to negotiate a possible extension of the product.

That is correct, the FPU can't be tested by SCST.
