CSEs failed to restore factory Settings

Dear All,

The CSEs is enabled,master key is setting, now i want to restore factory Settings with CSEc,but "CSEC_DRV_DbgChal" reply failed,failed return value is "STATUS_SEC_KEY_WRITE_PROTECTED",

May I ask what caused the failure?

The keys must not be configured as write-protected, otherwise they can't be erased, unfortunately,
