CAN DBC file with S32K312

I am using S32K312

Does NXP support to use CAN DBC file with RTD Driver?

Can we generate the CAN files like (Vector CAN) without using Vector CAN in S32DS IDE, Is there any way to generate it in S32DS IDE?
