Broken S32K144 board?

Hello,

I have S32K144 development board. The board worked properly. I stopped working with the board for few weeks. Then I moved the board I wanted to continue working. But the board stopped working properly. I could connect the board to a computer, write a program, debug the board. But the board could not control outputs. I am sure that the problem is not in bad program, because I also tried your examples(which worked before).  Do you think the board is broken by an ESD discharge? Or what could be the problem? Could you recommend any diagnostic work flow how to find out the problem or even how to repair the board? Thank you in advance.

Hi,

So If you configure any pin as GPIO and write to the GPIO registers such as PDOR, PSOR …, the registers change but the pin doesn’t? The MCU is then damaged, but it is difficult to say what it is the cause.

Does the MCU heat, is the current consumption higher?

Regards,

Daniel
