Hi,
there's no in-built bootloader, first programming must be done via SWD interface.
We provide these application notes about bootloaders:

Thank you very much for your quick reply!
One more question:
is it possible to use the S32K146 Evaluation Board as SWD-Programmer for external modules based on S32K144 or S32K146 MCU's?
That’s not expected usage. Theoretically it is possible, you could use connector for external debugger for wiring. The only problem I can see is that TDO signal is connected also to MCU on the EVB board, so there will be conflict between two output signals. It would be necessary to cut the TDO trace. I’m not really sure if the trace is easily accessible for such modification.
So, my statement is: no, it’s not recommended and it’s without our guarantees, of course.
Better option is:
and
(or see directly www.pemicro.com )
Both interfaces are compatible with S32DS
