ADC S32K3xx

ADC on S32K344 has options to enable presampling on all channels. There is also an option to calibrate the ADC before start of conversion. Enabling these effects the conversion time by a little. Is it recommended to have presampling(on all channels) and/or calibration enabled. How much does it affect the ADCs performance.

In the application note, ADC Guidelines Spec and Configuration states that "it is mandatory for the user to launch the self-calibration of the ADC after each Power On Reset to obtain the ADC accuracy specified in the datasheet." 

Otherwise, the pre-sampling is optional.
