Hi,

Is there any configuration to perform transition to 'Boot to Safety' when sBoot returns E_NOT_OK?

Currently, Mode selector is in bootloader. and sBoot is in application.

How can the transition be achieved? Is it via configurations? Or any sBoot APIs available?

In Safety Manual, it's mentioned as hardware transition.

Hello, @Irshad2225

Sorry for late reply.

1. Is there any configuration to perform transition to 'Boot to Safety' when sBoot returns E_NOT_OK?

[A]: The transition mentioned is an abstract flow, no clear configuration is implemented.

2. How can the transition be achieved? Is it via any configurations? Or any sBoot APIs available?

[A]: You could trigger reset or change the code flow(such as change PC pointer) to complete the transition, there is no sBOOT API available.
