access to S32G HSE firmware doc

Hi NXP experts:

    I am working with S32G274 chip about the security and boot, learning that there is and advanced security module called HSE, which will be provided with FW with API doc and manual.

    I have downloaded and install HSE_FW and HSE_DEMOAPP  package. 

    Now I am reading the HSE_secure_boot.pdf , saying that there are three reference docs

• [REF01] HSE Service API Reference Manual
• [REF02] HSE Firmware Reference Manual
• [REF10] SHE – Secure Hardware Extension Functional Specification

     They are not include in the FW install package as well as search in the nxp site.

Where can I access to the REF02 and REF10 ?

Any advanced HSE documentation requires a valid NDA and cannot be put in this Forum.
The following are mandatory steps to request access to any documentation of this kind:

1. Register yourself on NXP Website with your corporate e-Mail address;
2. Complete your profile with your company name, contact information, location, other details.
3. Open a Support Case to request access.
