We understood that you are having problems with XPCS starting up under your custom board, is this correct?
If so, this might be related to the hardware design or the SerDes configuration.
For the error logs you are showing, we might understand that it is related to the hardware itself. Can you confirm if you see these messages under an NXP reference board (that is, if the configuration is feasible).
