yes,SW32G_RTD_4.4_3.0.2_HF01_D2204 is This RTD is the version, but I can't find a matching package for HSE BOOTLOAD

If so, information has been provided in there. As for Fls example with full autosar routine, it seems that this might be fulfilled by using RTD v4.0.0, since we see that there is no "Fls_PinSetup(void)" function usage and it is replaced by "Port_Init(NULL_PTR)".
